Recruitment Fraud Warning

At Worcester Laboratories, we are committed to maintaining a transparent, ethical, and professional recruitment process. We want every candidate to feel safe and confident when interacting with our team. Unfortunately, recruitment fraud is becoming increasingly common, and scammers may attempt to misuse the name of legitimate companies to mislead job seekers.

Please note that Worcester Laboratories does not charge any fee at any stage of the hiring process. We do not ask candidates to pay for job applications, interviews, assessments, training, onboarding, or employment confirmation. Any request for payment made in the name of Worcester Laboratories should be treated as fraudulent.

How recruitment fraud may appear

Fraudulent messages may come in the form of emails, phone calls, text messages, social media messages, or fake job advertisements. These messages may look professional and may use company names, logos, or job titles to appear genuine. In some cases, scammers may offer jobs quickly and request personal information, documents, or money in order to “process” the application.

These communications are not from Worcester Laboratories.

What we never ask for

To help protect yourself, please remember that we do not:

  • request money for job applications or interviews

  • ask for payment for training or recruitment materials

  • demand advance fees for employment confirmation

  • ask for banking details during early stages of hiring without proper verification

  • use unofficial channels to offer employment

How to protect yourself

If you receive any message claiming to be from Worcester Laboratories, please take a moment to verify it carefully. Look for unusual email addresses, spelling errors, urgent payment requests, or pressure to respond quickly. Legitimate recruitment communication will always follow proper procedures and will never require payment from candidates.

We strongly advise candidates to:

  • verify the source of the message

  • avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information

  • ignore suspicious links or attachments

  • report any doubtful communication immediately

Our commitment

Worcester Laboratories is dedicated to honest hiring practices and to protecting candidates from fraud. We value trust, professionalism, and transparency in every interaction. If you ever have doubts about a recruitment message, treat it as suspicious until its authenticity is confirmed.

Your safety matters to us, and we encourage all applicants to remain alert, cautious, and informed throughout the recruitment process.
